Wine and cheese are having a sweet love affair this month (or every month if you ask us). We asked Brooklyn Winery and Murray’s Cheese to “Be Mine” and swirled a Sonoma Cabernet caramel sauce into our double-cream Brie ice cream. We're only making a couple batches this month and when we’re out, we’re out til next year.
