Brooklyn Ambrosia

Aka the Charlotte Russe, this was once the most popular desserts in NYC in the early 1900s. It was sold on every street corner, served in a push-pop style cardboard mold, and was so beloved it came to be called the Brooklyn Ambrosia, or “food of the gods.” In true MilkMade style, we brought it back in ice cream form.

"This flavor is fantastic, and the best I've had since I started my membership. Really great ice cream!" - Eddie G
