Oh no we didn’t… oh yes we did! Hay ice cream. It’s the cream of the crop of fall ice creams. We steep toasted hay (yes, hay) right into our ice cream base to give it a sweet, toasty, almost nutty flavor. To finish this flavor off, we toss in crispy gingersnap cookies for a bit of crunch.
