Nutloaf

It's my 23rd season of nutloaf, my family's substitute for turkey at Thanksgiving. But it's our first time remastering this vegetarian delight in ice cream form. It's a sweet and savory ‘scream base with hints of thyme, rosemary, and sage, layered with gooey chunks of nutloaf (cashews, craisins, walnuts, almonds), and a chocolate fudge swirl.
