patbingsu

Patbingsu

Patbingsu is one of the most popular summertime desserts in Korea. It’s usually a huge mountain of shaved ice with sweet red beans, rice cakes, and colorful fruits. We took that formula and recreated it in MilkMade form – we start with slightly sweet red bean ice cream and fold in chunks of mochi and cherry preserves.

INGREDIENTS: milk, cream, sugar, egg yolks, red bean paste (red beans, sugar, water), cherry preserve (cherries, sugar, lemon juice) mochi (glutinous rice powder, sugar, corn syrup, d-sorbitol solution, salt, wheat flour, glycerin esters of fatty acids, sg-esters, corn starch.
CONTAINS: MILK, EGGS, WHEAT
