Rhubarb Galette

It’s rhubarb season and we couldn’t be happier as it signals warm days ahead. We picked up some locally grown rhubarb from the Greenmarket and turned them into a galette (think pie’s more casual cousin). Then we mixed it into our marzipan ice cream base for a tangy and sweet ‘scream with a nutty contrast.
